About Us
Oregon Coast Dance Center (OCDC), formally Patrician School of Dance, was founded in 1975 by Pat Hawkins. Through the years the studio has continued to grow and offer a wider variety of classes and locations in Tillamook County.
Current owner, Lisa Greiner, started her dance career at Patrician School of Dance at the age of six. After studying dance all over the west coast, Lisa settled back in Tillamook and purchased OCDC in 2013. Lisa is Tillamook's only DMA (Dance Masters of America), Acrobatic Arts, and Progressing Ballet Technique certified teacher, offering her students a continued level of teaching excellence.
Our Mission
Oregon Coast Dance Center is committed to being a studio of excellence and providing high quality dance training and discipline in a judgement free and family friendly environment. At OCDC we believe that through dance our students also learn life skills, discipline, respect, and teamwork. We strive to inspire our students and prepare them for whatever their next chapter is in life.
We teach more than just dance, we teach lessons that last a lifetime.
Our Facility
Oregon Coast Dance Center's 5,500 sq ft facility features two dance rooms with mirrors, barres, and a floating dance floor. A third room is dedicated to our Tumbling program and includes a 2" foam floor with a variety of different tumbling equipment. Our spacious lobby has six individual dressing rooms, and two family dressing rooms, with a large seating area and a dedicated homework station.
