Tuition

*these are our general policies, please refer to our annual handbook for more details*

Billing: Tuition is billed on a monthly, reoccurring basis (similar to a gym membership).  Monthly invoices will be sent by the last day of each month and are to be paid by the 7th of each month. Any checks returned for non-sufficient funds will be charged a $25 fee.

Withdraw: While we strongly encourage students to finish out a full year, we understand things happen. Should a dancer not be able to continue their training with OCDC, we must be advised immediately, in writing via our Drop Class Form, to mark their account as “inactive”, otherwise the family will continue to receive, and be responsible for, a bill.

Tuition: is based on a full season's tuition amount, and is broken up into 10 monthly installments September through June. Although some months have 5 weeks in the month and some have 3 weeks in the month, the monthly flat rate stays the same. We do not prorate tuition based on a student's absences.

Payments: All payments are non-refundable.

Rates: School year tuition rates are listed below (Sept-June). Any student taking more than 4 hours a week may take unlimited classes at no extra charge, provided that the class levels are appropriate for the student.

Monthly charges are calculated by the hours a dancer spends in class per week.
The majority of our classes are an hour long. We feel this is an appropriate amount of time to provide proper instruction and work on upcoming performance choreography. Classes shorter than an hour are indicated on the schedule.

Discounts: Discounts are offered for additional family members:  2nd student: 20% discount, 3rd student: 30% discount, 4th student: 40% discount, 5th student: 50% discount

Single Class Drop-In $15/class

Private Lessons (30 mins) $20/lesson

Summer Tuition
During our summer months, tuition may be reduced to allow students who only study in one discipline to try other styles of dance, while additionally allowing for new students to try multiple styles of dance.  This also allows for increased attendance flexibility during the summer months when families are often traveling.

Classes must be paid for at the time of class, billing is not available during summer.

"Lisa is an awesome, patient, teacher/owner who really cares about our community. I can't wait to take a tap class and re- learn what I was taught as a kid! Great exercise too."
